Questions, bugs, or anything that looked wrong:
support@getgoodprice.com.
A real person reads it. If you are writing about a scan that produced a
strange number, the barcode and the price you saw are the two most useful
things to include.
Because a wrong number is worse than no number. If the package size could
not be read confidently, Good Price asks rather than guesses — a misread
pack count changes the answer completely.
Does it work without a signal?
Yes. Scanning, the unit-price maths, comparing two packages, and your own
price history all work with no network at all. Product lookups and store
prices need one, and everything else keeps working when they fail.
Where does my price history go?
Nowhere. It stays on your phone. There is no account. See the
privacy policy for exactly what is and is not sent.
How do I cancel Good Price Pro?
On your iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling
is handled by Apple, not by us, and everything free keeps working
afterwards — including every price you have already saved.
I paid, but Pro is not showing.
Open Settings inside Good Price and tap Restore purchases. If you are
offline, an existing subscription keeps working regardless; the app never
locks you out because it could not reach the App Store.
